
Within twelve months, Scouting For Girls have gone from working day shifts at Carphone Warehouse to becoming platinum-selling number 1 artists, and one of Britain’s most exuberant and successful new bands in years.
Roy Stride’s ear for a buoyant melody and inescapable chorus hook has outlined him as one of the most fascinating young songwriters around today. Devastatingly effective, Scouting For Girls’ songs have risen up from the backrooms of London’s pubs to airwave favourites.
The band will be making their first steps out of the UK, with Japanese dates in February, and their first US appearances in March where the band will be gracing the parties and stages of SXSW and New York.
