BRMC return with new single
11/07/2005
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club return with a new single, album and UK dates for the summer. The band release ‘Ain’t No Easy Way’ for The Echo Label/Abstract Dragon on 8th August followed by their third album ‘Howl’ on 22nd August. BRMC have also been added to this years’ Meltdown Festival at the Royal Festival Hall, curated by Patti Smith, where they will be playing in the Ballroom after the Rachid Taha show. The band last played in the UK at the V Festivals in Leeds and Chelmsford last year.
The new single is “about falling in love and falling apart” according to guitarist/vocalist Peter Hayes. “The song built itself in the studio, we just had to get it out of the way.” The band line up is completed by bassist/vocalist Robert Turner and drummer Nick Jago.
