Stephen Barnes and Tom Roberts formed Upshot in October 2000. Between them they have over 25 years of combined experience in the music industry. They have dedicated their time to both breaking new acts and raising the profile of established acts and their releases outside of the central media. The company specialise in club promotion, student media, stores, specialist regional radio and sports stadia promotion.
